All of mine have had a bit of a crunch in 2nd but not had one fail
i leave it then!
think i may have read some were if you use a mtf oil it makes it better as its alot more sticky than normal oil ?

2nd gear baulk ring is usually the first to wear as it has the hardest job to do ,if you have the right tools its not a bad job on an r380

still not normal ,and if h suffix will want sorting otherwise box will have more serious issues but not a diy job
