9 times out of ten I use Ebay. But I look for Terrafirma, Bearmach, OE, Original, frog Island, John Craddocks, or sometimes Paddocks, if I can guarantee it won't be Britpart.

The problem with that is britpart and now the oem supplier for plenty of parts.
My preference is paddocks or ebay for general parts. Specialist parts I use specific supplier e.g. yrm, steve parker, etc. However it is useful to have a parts manual (downloadable) so you can search by part number. you can then ad a "G" to the end of the part number to ensure it is an oem part. As mentioned above britpart (who many have a low opinion of) are now the oem supplier for many things so by ensuring you add the "G" you get the oem version rather than the aftermarket pattern part they also supply.
I will at this point also point out that i have not had issues with britpart parts like others have but I always use OEM parts for critical components and even then there have been some part that need fettling to fit due to the dubious manufacturing tolerances of a defender.
