Recommendations for injectors refurbishment

Evening folks, i'm looking to get my injectors refurbished on the 200tdi. I got a quote locally (aberdeen) for £75+vat each, which i thought was a bit steep!

I noticed the refurb thread for them but if rebuilt them i'd still need to get them tested to ensure they where working at the correct pressures?

I read somewhere there shimmed to achieve the correct pressure?

Or do i just send them mail order somewhere recommended to get them refurbished?

Plenty of places will do them, I think someone on ebay also does them, dont get the cheap nozzles
Rochester city diesel are good, not sure if he does p+p though

Try Diesel Bob Tuning. He did an injector pump for me much cheaper than any body else.

he did my 200tdi injectors £45 each, ive also had the pump done there and also a cherokee pump re built, cant recomend them highly enough, and reasonable prices

Sent them off to diesel bobs, hopefully get them back next week. £38+vat each

That's a postal service obviously? Will be interested to hear what difference it makes when they come back.

i was quoted 48 hours once they receive them.

Just a wee update. Had the set refurbished for £196 including vat and delivery. Fitted them at the weekend and it seams to be allot more responsive coming out of junctions and i'm not changing down gears half as much

All in all very happy, it will be interesting to see if the mpg might improve too lol
