Hi Gatso, I've just finished reading your complete rebuild thread and all I can say is, "WOW! WHAT A MASTERPIECE". That work of art needs to be placed in a glass cabinet and displayed for all to admire. Thanks for the inspiration. I hope to start on my rebuild soon and when I'm tempted to cut corners, I'll definitely be reminded of your meticulous workmanship. Cheers!
Yeah....it's not bad
This ones pretty good too Linky to Milli ;) Click on the pictures to enlarge them and get the full effect! :D

no progress aaron :( due to poor WEALTH ;):):) lol not been the best of weather and now all my PPI has run out lol

That's often the way. The proprietors of LR Direct and Paddocks etc. might be doing OK, but the end user is left feeling for change down the back of the sofa.

well just as the weather starts to change i finally get funds to work on my lanny in a cold garage ,,,,,,go figure ,,lol ,,,bulkhead painted ,,wings painting tomorrow ,then fit bulkhead and start fitting stuff ,,you all know how that will go ,,in ma cold garage ,,lol

Been slowly reading through this thread over the past few weeks and wow your work is fantastic, the attention to detail is second to none! well done. Hopefully I can get mine somewhere close to this when time and funds permit! Have you got any further since the last update?

thanx guys ,,,,,,,boost needed ,so thanx again ,,bulkhead is on and has had 3 tins of wurth stuffed in her even managed to get wurth coming from between the skins in the foot wells ,,happy days ,brake pedal box in place so i can make brake pipes ,then to route the wiring harness ,,,,,to mount the fuse box from the centrer to under steering column as you are aware the tdci bulkhead heater air control unit is in the centre ,already made a temp gear selector to move the r380 gear selector 110mm back and have sorted a cable operated hi/lo dif lock modified from disco 2 ,,so slowly slowly catchy monkey ,,,,,,,:D:D:D:D

ha lol thats my mates place just using it to paint in ,,,,my garage is a lot, lot ,smaller ,,,,and colder ,lol

well bugger all done really, bulkhead as I've said is painted and fitted pedals on and clutch bled hoping to swap her into the bigger garage over xmas on a good note she has been in this current garage for 11 months so thought, well better see if she will run ready for the big move :D so charged battery up put it on, jerry rigged solenoids 10 seconds of cranking and no heater plugs has they arnt wired yet ;) boom sprang into life and ran like a goodun ,,,,,,happy days :D:D:D:D:D

well,,,,,,,,,,,,,,small yet big update !!!!!!!!!!! she moves ,,lol drove her for the first time today well say drove moved her from one garage to one 3 doors down only had idle cos accelerator not connected ,,and no reverse,, the selector I've made so as to be able to fit tdci bulkhead and still use r380 gearbox needs adjustment but knew that anyway so now have room to build ,,, on a small note the clutch master cylinder would not bleed turned out being stood is no good even for twr new parts lol,
