Rebore Cost

What would be considered a reasonable price to rebore a block and skim a head from a decent machinist? If crankshaft or camshaft also had to ground as well how much would a total be? When I get round to it I don't want to be unprepared. Anyone also got a rough idea how much a 12j block and a 200tdi block weigh...

buy a new cam,cranks usually do well with a crank polish ,rebore about 150 plus vat skim about 40

I got a quote yesterday for £120 inc vat for a rebore and head skim is £40 inc vat.
