Rear Wiper Not Working

I have a 1991 Range Rover Vogue. The rear screen wiper motor makes the right noise when I push the paddle but the wiper arm doesn't move and the water jet doesn't work. Front ones are fine, water too. Has anyone experienced this before? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

You'll probably find either the spline on the motor where wiper bolts on is shot allowing the motor to work while the wiper stays still or the gearing has gone inside the motor as happened to mine, they're cheap enough second hand. Can you hear the pump whirring for the washer? if so there's a split in the hose somewhere, if not it'll be the rear screen washer motor. Depending on model there can be 3 motors on the washer bottle for front screen, rear screen and headlights..
