rear wash wipe,front headlight wash

No water through rear wash wipe or headlight wash .Water tank full, no obstructions in water pipes ,pump motors run ( or sound as if they are)is it possible that motors will run but pump is not working.I dont want to start taking things to bits until I can get any ideas as to what may be the problem.I am away from the UK until end of March so any help will be appreciated.

I know you say you can hear it running.....:but as a safety measure have you checked the fuse?

Maybe the pipe has come off the pump?

The only parts not checked are the water pipes as this involves removing inside trim and front bumper, pumps push water out so I am starting to think there may be a blockage some where in the pipe system , although two pumps are involved and both systems stopped receiving water at the washer points at the same time.I think this is a job for when I return to the UK at end of March.Thanks every one for advice.

Sometimes you can clear them by blowing compressed air down them. Be careful though as they can blow apart or come off the nozzles if you get carried away.
