Rear suspension ‘rubbing’ & alarm going off

Hi, I have a 2004 RR Vogue and when starting up getting a ‘running sound’ from passenger rear when 1st start that seems to go away after a few minutes. Also just went for short journey this morning & when got home alarm keeps going off. Could this be a drained battery & can I charge it?
