Yes, the door has been opened and closed too many times.
So it will be a break in the wire then if so thanks for getting back to me

That's the first place I would look, it is th only common factor to all the problems.

If the parts failed all at the same time, I'd be looking for a damaged earth wire, if I'm not mistaken the earth to the tailgate door is wired rather than relying on a common point on the panel, because of the possibility of losing the connection due to dirty hinges. If they failed one by one then I'd be looking for broken wires to each device.
The usual place where such failures can occur is at the point of maximum mechanical stress; inside the little rubber tube grommet between the door and the door frame.

Not sure what you mean by "sub" but the rest are also controlled by the MFU ( multi function unit ).
This device is now becoming a common failure point.

The only electrical connection in common with the three items that have failed is the earth.
Start testing with the HRW as the spade connections are easy to access and check earth and supply, could be that if the 12v is missing its not unknown.
There's NO earth connection within the tailgate so don't bother looking for it, but there's a multi point earth connection above the rear OSR tail light as shown below, the trim that houses the loudspeaker has to be detached to access it, I doubt there will be issues found there unless it's been interfered with.
