Rear Speaker wires

It seems that everything I open something up on my expensive defender from a supposed Land Rover specialist. Now looking at my rear speakers and no speaker wires. So I want run speaker wires from my head unit. Question is best route to run the wires to the rear. Its a Station Wagon. Whats the LR routing? What have other people done?

Up the A pillar and tuck them behind the roof lining is what I did in my hard top 90

Mine go along behind dash, up behind the plastic trim on the side of the windscreen, under the cabin roof trim, down behind the metal the front doors close onto, along underneath the tub capping until they get to the back

Down from the unit, along transmission tunnel (under carpet), under centre console, down under carpet again to speakers. This is in a 110 csw with 6x9s under the rear seats.
