Does anyone know if a disco without the two seats on the rear still has all the mounting points to fit them if you wanted too ?

Yes...and no....
The reason people take the rear seats out is so that they can pass an mot..often the mountings are rotten/gone along with rest of boot...if the seats are out, the mountings are not an mot failure.
Only way to tell is carpet up and look.

Err that wasnt the question lol i was asking if the captive nuts for the mountings are fitted on all discos or are they only fitted to discos with the rear seats already fitted ? the reason im asking is my mate wants to put the two small seats in the boot but his disco never had them fitted so can he fit them ?

Yes there is the support metalwork is behind the panels, theres been threads on this before which state just cut holes in the plastic panels as required and fit the seats and belts.
