Rear quarter panel removal

I've removed the cappings, corner cappings and every rivet but the panel seams stuck. Are they spot welded anywhere? Or is this normal for a 27 year old machine?

Forgive my thickness, do you mean the rear panel where the number plate is?

Well, yes there was and a few hidden, hard to get to, screws. 2 1/2 days of the refurb:

You did better than me, I gave up after 50 holes trying to strip a series 2a tub, there's obviously a knack to it that I don't have....
