Typical I've only just recently been discharged from hospital and have sufficient strength to drive my trator. With it standing over a few weeks I thought it a sensible idea to have a quick once over the trator before driving, not really expecting to see anything if I'm honest. But.... I noticed at the rear there was oil leaking on the back of the tyre. It appears to becoming from the back of the hub and on to the back of the disk before dripping onto the inside of the wheel. Initially I've checked all the breathers which were clear and unblocked. Am I correct in assuming its just the hub seal which need replacing.?

Are there any how to's explains how to do this. Thanks

currently in exactly the same situation as you , I was also discharged from hospital , when taken mine out for a spin , hit the brakes it almost put me into oncoming traffic , n/s/r hub seal exploded , never seen one go that bad all over the brakes, exaust, and even the bulkhead outrigger !

you might find it stops leaking once you start using it again ,standing can cause a leak , if its 300 tdi you need to remove caliper hub and change seal in rear of stub axle , hub seal is a grease seal not designed to stop oil

Thanks James! Test it's a 300tdi. Do you have the part number of the item I need to order/replace.

I think it will be worth replacing the rear wheel bearings at the same time.
