Having acquired my X-plate Disco 2 TD5 last weekend, I thought I'd put it through the carwash and polish it during the week. As the brushes rolled over the top a huge amount of water came hoofing in through the top of the rear door seal, but only the last four inches. Seals appear in good nick, there's an LR notice ref sealing the rear of the door seal area but not sure if that's been done or not - is there any adjustment to bring the outer top of the door in?

If you fully open the door you will see the top and bottom hinges.
With a helper, slaken the bolts on the top hinge slightly and lift the door at the outer edge and nip the bolts back up. This will lay the top of the onto the seal. Its worth drawing round the hinge before you start with a pencil just for reference.

Thanks for that, 50pence - I'll let you know how I get on next time I go through the carwash!
