rear door fitting trouble

hi guys

a newbie here so please be gentle

now the problem im having is ive bought a full set of doors x5 as mine are not the best now i fitted the tailgate yesterday undoing the 6 bolts on the body now when fitting the new tailgate i cant seem to get it to match for love nor money its so bad that there is a 30mm gap between the seal and the frame at the top left corner

any help will do thanks

Slacken the centre bolts and make sure the balls are greased the reassemble and centre the door befor attempting to tighten the bolts up and don't tighten em up fully until all set up and squared

Defender by the sounds of it 6 bolts = 3 hinges x 2 bolts.
