well my Rear diff seal came today in the post and got straight on with fitting.. i undid the 2 bolts that holds the arms to the Sub-frame and pushed the wheel out with my feet while holding the inner CV joint straight

taps the bottom of the seal away from the diff then pryed the seal out altogether

tapped the new seal into place pushed the wheel out again to hold the inner cv joint straight while inserting back into the diff then refitted the bolts..

then the fun part came refill oil.

came to the idea of using a bit of hose pipe filed with oil and blew it into the diff... 1 min later was topped upto the filler plug then tightened the filler plug took down the road and came back just to check for any leaks and to clean up the rest of the diff.

i would have taken some photos but the wife said hell would freeze over before i got my oily hand on her £300 camera. so i took that as a no lol

a go pro camera on a homemade chest mount, set on time lapse takes pictures every 5 seconds, leaving both hands free and you simply choose pictures to save, probably a bit OTT, but ....
