Got bored today and had a proper look under the Disco for any rot I've missed when i bought it!! :(Found that the crossmember (under mid row seats) is totally f:(:(ked. Is this a quick fix or will the boot floor need to come out to do it?

Apologies if this has been already covered but search aint working and I got our the last Disco's whole back end done by the garage without really knowing what was what:eek:(1st Disco and all that lol). I just need to know if this repair is gonna kiss my planned motorbike goodbye.

thats yer own fault fer lookin ..... never look under yer disco .... tut..

Tell me about it, should've stayed away;) but as we're carrying the kids I need to get it sorted for my piece of mind (and hopefully I can keep this Disco for some years to come).

and LRD158 is the 2 end peices, you might be better taking it to a little fabrication shop and getting them to build something outta stock - am sure they would have a bit of 4" RSJ laying around
