Cut the rubber mount in half lol 
Where did you get the replacement mount as it looks a tad long, you could just cut & flatten out the flaps to suit.

Its from YRM. Has anybody else had experience fitting these repair mounts?
Please could some message there mounts for me. It would be a massive help!!

Yeh everything I've had off them so far had been excellent.
If the mount is correct, I cant get my head around how the ones on the car now have been modified. Ano the crossmember can sag but how can steel disappear

I'm doing the same thing at the moment. I've done one sill already, im doing the other side tomorrow. See picture below. I still need to spray it with stone chip.
For the sills I bought the sill body mounts, brace bracket, and bushes. For the Crossmember i bought the two mounts and bushes.

I have a fresh crossmember on mine that I can measure for you tomorrow. Is there any other signs of patching on that crossmember? I’m surprised your doing just the mounts as it gets eaten inside out.
Looks like your doing a nice job there!
In fact, looking at the pic, I’d sell your mounts on eBay and get the full think mate. You then know it’s all the right fit as one component.

Yeah let me know if any others you need. I didn’t even measure existing, you’ll honestly chase your tail patching up the crossmember. Are the boot and inner wings/arches dead too?

I just finished repairing the boot floor and arches.
The tailgate is catching on the rear bumper. Im hoping that its just the hinges. However it has ruined the tailgate. So I'm looking for a complete tailgate and hinges in 601 paint code.
I have a rioja one here going scrap as hinges aren’t great and dent in the top. I went to a breaker and he said just take the whole thing rather than just hinges. He had another rioja too that he was breaking (Other end of country from you though).
