Cheers Plod

google 'rear quarter (1/4) chassis' for a price on the part. then contact a few local garages for labour charges and time.

A TD5 chassis is still pretty new, what have you been doing to it?

Don't fret my 52 plate needed a crossmember last year. I paid £600 for the job including the part. You pats for what you get and mine was a superb job.

monkeydiver, thanks for your comment, i bought my 90 about 2 months ago with 100,000 on the clock, love it but i must say it does test my patients!!!, but having read landtzone, these buckets seem to need constant work - but i still love it!! been quoted £650 + vat for a good quality one, i will keep ya updated

I've just replaced my rear 1/4 chassis on my 200tdi 90. I bought one from a company in Leamington called MibComponents. Cost £250 and is hand made to a very high standard. They will also fit them for another £250 but I got my master welder mate to fit mine for the same price. So, £500 for the lot.
