rear brake locking up

Hi

Had the rear drums and pads changer recently, now one wheel locks up easily & I get a pulsing through the pedal.

Took it to a Landrover specialist, whom, after fitting the springs the right way round, reckons its an oval drum.

So, before I go kicking and screaming to the garage, what else could cause locking up ?.

The cylinders are fine.

I must say as I read it I came to the same conclusion of a warped drum, or it's not on flush, but it's definitely take it back time....

I bought two brand new oval drums from P%&*%$s some years ago.
Not that unusual.
