it looks like it, if it has solid spacers betwent the 2 wheel bearings in each hub its definitely td5

They can be tricky to see .
They may be a dot punched series of numbers on the axle.

I have dismantled one side and it only has one hub bearing locking nut ,maybe make it easier to identify ?

its td5 , not the it makes any difference later disco 1 rrc classic and 300 tdi def are basically the same axle
