Rear Axel trail arm mounts

Just found the mounts on the rear Axel for the trailing arms have holes in and the bolts turn but very stiff and not wanting to come out. Any ideas and advice please. Is it a replacement axel or weldable?

I'm new to this game as you might guess. Just got to find a way to get the bolt out now. I think they are stuck in the bushes and the rubbers are spinning.

I used a reciprocating saw to get the bolts out .. they're nackered anyway so you need new nuts bolts washers and bushes .. Same for when I replaced A-Frame chassis bushes, just cut them out, not even worth trying to unbolt them. 10 minutes tops, if you stop for a cuppa ..

Fair point Paul. I was probably being optimistic in hopeing they would free up.
