reading faults codes on the air suspension on a l322

does anyone know why a normal obdII fault reader doesn't see the faults on the air suspension on my 03 TD6 ,the reader says there are no fault codes to read but I've still got the air susp inactive message up.

Cos you need a specific LR code reader. Contact www.rswsolutions.com re allcomms for the L322 or www.blackboxsolutions.com for professional standard code readers.

where are you based? if your near me i can clear any faults for you with mine if you want. As Datatek says, you need the correct LR stuff or special 3rd party LR stuff.
I wouldn't charge you anything. I don't mind.

The fault codes on a L322 are manufacturer specific.

I don't think generic readers can access air suspension.

Besides, on a 03 TD6 suspension you'll probably have the dreaded canbus fault.

Not quite Rick. My equipment can read and clear the faults. There are a few non land rover devices out there that can do it.

the fault came on after i hit a speed bump in a car park so i think its a sensor ,will bite the bullet and take it in somewhere tomorrow ,cheers for the replies though
