So here’s where I am with it
The only fault that has ever showed when plugged in is/was the shuttle valve
This has now been replaced with new one and wireing mod done
So the 3 amigos no longer come on
But the TC is still very sensitive but not all the time ie drive down rough farm drive nothing then go onto average potholed road and it goes nuts then stops again for a few miles
All wheel bearings are within 12 mths old all chech out ok all wheels and tyres are even
And no faults show when plugged in
Could be a bad connection but I can’t find it
Any help most welcome
Mark

Mine is sometimes a bit mad, no lights are anything and passes the self test when you put key in but drive down a road hit a pothole tc comes on, bump down a kerb, or even if reversing round a corner say full lock left hand down then into drive and full opposite lock it sometimes goes off. If there’s no warning lights I wouldn’t worry, few other members here have similar TC behaviour, suppose its the age of the vehicles it’s a good but primitive system compared to new systems

It happens when low quality hubs are used eventually different brands mixed cos the signals are not the same at the same speed, tyre dimensions and pressure must be as close to the recommended ones as possible or the system is mixed up ... if you have tester read stationary live inputs and if one is much different (within 0.4V tolerance) change that sensor with a wabco one
