Rattle under 300tdi

Hi landy zone,
There is a tinny rattle under my 300tdi.
Have looked at the uj's and they seem tight.
What else should I check.

Check the dust shield on the drive flange of the transfer box.
When they wear, they come loose and rattle to buggery.

That's what my rattle turned out to be anyway.

Thanks for your quick replies.
I did check the exhaust first but nothing seemed to be touching it.
Will check the dust shield when I find out where it is.
Again thanks for help, much appreciated.
