Hi Folks Im New On This Site,{i Actually Own A Aircooled Camper And Use Volkszone Web}. I Changed The Battery On My Parents Rangie And The Bloody Srs [airbag} Light Is On Permantly Now, How Do I Turn It Of Please. Also Im Looking For A Towbar For The Rangie Will Travel 25mile From Surrey If Anybody Selling One. Many Thanks Adam.

hmmm, unfortunately to reset the SRS light it will be a trip to the dealers or a specialist with the computer to do it. They can read the fault and tell you whats wrong, you probably just have a blown main SRS bulb in the instrument pack if everything was working OK before, if this happens a secondary emergency SRS bulb lights up to get you to take it to the dealer so they can replace the bulb. Find out the fault and let us know what the prob is!

Towabar - eBay would probably be your best bet, but the genuine ones are like gold dust and always go for super dooper high prices, would an aftermarket one be acceptable??

I priced up a towbar when I was looking for a P38, in case I found one I was interested in that came without one.

I reckoned I could buy one for around £100 all-in. In fact there's one on eBay at the moment for £94 including shipping:

Prices for non-LR bars are obviously a lot cheaper than "genuine" tow bars, price up a LR towbar at your peril !

aftermarket towbar is fine as long as it still bolts to the holes in the chassis. also is the srs light asn mot failure? i think not.
