Range Rover Vogue LSE overheating...

I'd be careful about using 2nd hand coolers given how early L322 'boxes lunch themselves with alarming regularity, what rubbish might you introduce into your 'box from the "old" cooler?

Can't be any worse than the one that's just burst, but I'll make sure it's cleaned out, and the box will be getting serviced next week once the skin on my knuckles has regrown.

Couple of pictures of it in what I'm starting to think might be a short lived period of everything working as it should do...

I really like white cars. She's worth the hassles. Good thing we're dullards or we'd run away screaming.

Edit: She's a beauty, but I'd have all that plastic smashed up in no time.

That is one great looking Rangie VogueLSE and white really sets the classic shape off well. You are lucky to own it.......I am jealous. I particularly like the front air dam. We didn't see that style here in OZ. Have you any pics of the interior?

What ever trouble the old girl is causing you at the moment I am positive that once everything is running as it should be then you will be back to normal too knowing that you are driving one of the best cars ever made.

Thanks pal. From what I can tell, she's led a fairly charmed life down in Essex, and from what I can see it's never been off road. It also has LR main dealer service history until fairly recently.

It could have been a disaster...but I'm happy.

Thank you. White's my favourite (car) colour ;-).

I'll get some pics of the interior up once it's been cleaned properly - its very good though with little wear to the drivers seat.

I'll be wet sanding and machine polishing the exterior after the weekend, so that should make a big difference too.

It's good to have a hobby again!

So nice to see another white/ivory Classic. I owned one until it rotted. But kept the panels and have changed my nasty brown one the mostly ivory. JUst the bumper and drivers door to spray lol.

MOT passed yesterday!

Had a look underneath and the rear airbags are new, along with two new rear dampers, and the rear brake hoses are all new too.

The front brake hoses aren't great, so going to replace them this week to be on the safe side. I got my new thermostat from stratstone's and was surprised at how reasonable the price was - should I get the brake hoses from them or look elsewhere?

Cheers,

Brian.
