Range Rover Sport 2005 off side rear wheel smell

Hi all...

I've got a problem with my 2005 tdv6 RR Sport, the rear off side wheel smells like the Pads or shoes are burning!
I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if anyone knows a solution?

If it has electric handbrake they cause issues

Or slider/brake pad or calipher piston sticking

Thanks for the reply...yes it has electric handbrake, I was thinking about changing the calliper but unsure what to do for the best!!

Electric handbrake would be my bet, get it fixed before you grind to a halt. Diagnostics are needed for the handbrake.

Thanks all for your replies...

Took It in to my mechanic yesterday, he stripped all the rear brakes out and Pistons out of the calipers, everything was all good apart from one of the Pistons were sticking! so it's been cleaned up and I'm back on the road!!! Fingers crossed that'll be it done!

I'll keep you posted if it happens again, perhaps I shouldn't let the wife drive it anymore! Haha
