range rover roof bars

i have just bought a 2007 range rover vogue SE with roof bars fitted. There was no keys for the roof bars...is there a way to get replacement keys. i have enquired about getting new barrels for the roof bars but they are £20 each. the number on the barrels is 171....any suggestions please?
