Range Rover P38 Slow lifting air suspension/Ticking from Pump

So i have just bought a cheap P38. Everything looks and works fine apart from the air suspension. Which dose work but very very slowly followed with a loud ticking from the pump under the bonnet. But i thought i might be an air leak from the air tank under the drivers seat. But If anyone has an idea please at me know Thanks.
