range rover lack of power

hi,all my range rover p38 diesel as lost power on hills since fitting a remanufactured cylinder head after it overheated,have double checked timing and it is on marks.any ideas lads,only thing i can see with doing head is wire to number 4 injector could have been nipped,could this result in power loss as apart from that it sounds ok.
