Clues are there. From your own evidence it would appear that your Battery is Phucked! get a new one.
Rangies fail in many spurious ways and throw many false codes with a crap battery.

Hi thanks for replying , new battery was fitted when it first started playing up 3 months ago give or take. Tested battery tonight and its giving 100% but when you reconnect it to the car its only 47%.

Best open a request for help in the Range Rover section. This is for "Intro's only" really where you say Hi and show pictures of your Landie and tell us all about yourself.
However, when you get there... in the Rangie section offer up the info such as...
What volts does the battery show before you turn the ignition on?
What volts after you turn the ignition on? (not even trying to start).
If you get it to start, what voltage do you have at 2,000rpm with everything turned on?
