Range Rover Classic rear chrome boot trim

Hello everyone. When i brought my RR Classic i inherited a few items, one of which (Stainless steel carpet trim?) does not seem to fit my RR boot floor.

Im thinking it maybe for an earlier RR (mines G plate)

LR part 391800? (Can't find a pic of one)
LRcat shows it as present up to 1992.
