Have a look on Ebay about £35.00 for sprocket holder. You will also need the DTI and adaptor for pump re timing. Also a TDC lock pin. On reassembly, assuming your car has done more than 20,000Km, pump cam lift is set at TDC No1 to 0.90 mm +- 0.02 mm. Or 0.035" +- 0.001" in old money. Be sure you know what you are doing, guessing this is not good enough.

That was for the DTI adaptor Keith. Still under £20.00 delivered from states, look on Egay.
