Range Rover alloys

Have searched this but found a lot of info on tyre sizes, and nothing definitive.

Will Range Rover Classic Alloys fit my 1986 90? It has drum brakes at the rear. I have seen some older Defenders with both the Range Rover Rostyle wheels and the 3 spoke alloys fitted. Will either (or both) of these types of alloys fit my 90?
