Just bought a range rover 4.6 hse from my friend as a non runner. He was driving along at around 30mph and it just stalled like it was low on fuel, he put a more fuel in but it still wont start. I have taken out the crank shaft sensor and it is bent backwords. Ive fitted a new crank shaft sensor, pulled of the bell housing plate and there were a couple of bent teeth on the crank sensor reader thing so ive straighten them up. Still wont start, it turns over but wont make the final push to start the engine. Also fitted a new throttle position sensor but still wont start. Any ideas???????
