......the diameter of the hole?

Also for the rear arms too if poss....

Will be needing to change them shortly and would like to see if I have a suitably sized item to press them out/in etc.....

Unsupported info from the net Ant.

Two different sizes of radius arm bushes were used. The 38mm 'narrow' type up to Defender VIN KA930455 and the later 45mm 'wide' type from VIN LA930456
The following are from a couple of sites.
Narrow:
* Outer diameter: 51.00mm
* Outer length: 38.00mm
* Inner diameter: 16.00mm
* Inner length: 47.00mm
Wide:
* Outer diameter: 50.50mm
* Outer length: 44.30mm
* Inner diameter: 16.20mm
* Inner length: 54.00mm

Tony, your font of knowledge and ability to seek out information remains, as always, legendary....I will now take a wander into the workshop and see if I can find some bar/tube/etc of relevant size that I can use when the time comes....

In previous circumstances, I would use the workshop at work in the evenings and weekends, but as I was moved on to other contracts last Summer, my 24/7 access to the workshop of the old contract I was working on has been removed and I only now attend on Tuesdays due to convenience of dropping Summer off at her Grandparents....so I don't have the luxury anymore of just taking things off and then making something in the workshop to fit, I now have to plan ahead - which kinda sucks....

Your help is, as always, mucho appreciato....

"I used a blow torch, a small fire"
This is a old method but not one that I have ever subscribed to when a hole-cutter does the job quickly & easily with no nasty fumes.

Although I have fitted OE bushes by manual means in the past, this time I fitted Superpro just to see how they perform.
Removing the old bushes was easy enough (hole-cutter, hacksaw, drift) and of course the new ones practically slid into place. Shouldn't imagine that each bush took much more than 15-minutes from start to finish.

My front radius arms were a nightmare, 2 of the bolts were seized into the bush on one side so had to cut them out, took an age to get off then ten mins to press out old and put in new :/

How old? If you dont mind me asking :p

No idea, it's a 1991 vehicle, came out the army 2013 and I changed the bushes last year so they could be anything, they were well worn rubber wise though on that side so I suspect at least half the age of the vehicle if not more
