Once you have bought yourself a car wireless, follow the instructions, coz that's what they are there for, fit the speakers in the roof lining and mount a rubber duck on the roof.

I would get a wire in one of the modern universal multi pin radio plugs. The you can remove the radio very easily next time you need to access the dash for anything. They are very easy to wire in and I will try and find the info I used when I fitted mine.
Speakers also wire into the same multi pin plug and unless you are fitting fancy amplified systems are just a length of speaker cable run from the plug to to the speaker. I would second @Oldseadog and fit them to the roof lining as that is a very easy location. Mark the position for them, cut out the correct sized hole, clip on some speed fasteners and screw the speaker in place. If you use a thin speaker cable like this (link), you can then run it up the windscreen pillar behind the plastic trip piece and you end up with a tidy install. This is what I have one with mine.

Image taken from google for the plug wiring. In the dash the wire colours for mine were:
Brown - Constant 12V
white with orange tracer - Switched 12V
red with white tracer - Illumination
Black - Ground
not needed - Antenna/remote

I am not sure if these will be the same for your vehicle as yours is considerably newer than mine. Being a newer loom it may have the connector there to attach a radio plug rather than needing to splice in from scratch.

Thanks fornyour help guys got it sorted i just wanst looking hard enough to see the wires. Just need to find a set of speakers that fit now :) and on to the next issue :( haha the joys
