L322 Radio replacement 2007 MOST system

Hi, Still in love with my Supercharged Vogue SE but would like to do something with the radio/satnav/cd player. It all works fine but is getting a bit long in the tooth and I would like a modern unit with Bluetooth, usb and all those other nice things. I fitted a nice Dynavin unit in my old 2003 TD6 which worked great but I'm being told the 2007 on models have a fibre optic system called MOST and so can't be fitted. Does anyone know if it's possible to fit some kind of interface between the standard output and the fibre optic or has anyone sourced a suitable unit. Many Thanks Ian
