Radio Probs

Anyone got any ideas , Radio lights up and changes chanels ok but , NO SOUND ,C/D player the same . I took the radio out and all the connections in the back seem fine . Help Please :doh:

hi again larmar if you have the same radio cd as in my 05 model the mute button is on the right side of the system just to the left of the am fm button the symbol has a speaker with an x in it tim
