Disco 2 Radio crackles when rear heated screen is on

Hi I have a 2003 Discovery Td5.
Every-time I turn on the heated rear window it causes the radio to crackle.
What is the likely cause of this and how can I fix the problem.

I expect interference is the likely cause of the crackle, how to fix it depends unfortunately on what u find, grounding of the head unit, or the aerial amplifier may be iffy.

Check your earth on the window.

Check every connection. Sounds like a poor resistance joint or connection, which is arcing under load.
