radio conversion lead required

Hi All, I have had fitted a new clarion radio/cd player with bluetooth for hands free operation which works very well but i have lost the stearing controls in the process, the company which carried out the fitting says that there is a lead which connects up the controls but they were not sure if they were still obtainable, does anyone know if these leads still exist and if so how may I get one, cheers, Ian cas
