Posted a thread on here some time ago, before xmas and just after, about the trouble I was having with my p38 when the battery went flat and me trying to boost the battery with a charger. The result being the car sitting on the drive for 8 weeks whilst I tried every thing I was advised to including sending my becm away only for it to come back with no faults found. Finally a few days ago I'd had enough of driving my wifes clio around and had it piggy backed to an independent land rover service centre and just today I picked it backed up and drove it back home.:):)
The fault  , a fuel pump that wasnt doing its job.
Because of me having the battery off for a while the radio doesnt work, have got the radio code from land rover but it doesnt work when put into the radio as instructed to from the handbook, any ideas please.

Thanks.

have them check the sreial number of the radio against the number on yours, i suspect its a replacement!

they may be able to help you with unlocking it!

Did you remember to press button 1 again after inputting the code? Once all four of the digits of the code are entered you need to press the number 1 button again for it to register. Easily missed. I've grown to know my code off by heart over the years of having an old RF receiver and interference from spurious local wireless dorrbells etc :D
