radio code entry with no display

Hi All

I am trying to enter the radio code after a battery disconnection , but I have the added problem of no clock/radio display!

Could someone please tell me if the display starts at 0 after the first press of preset1 is pressed. I have assumed that it does but I get to the end of the sequence and I get 1 beep telling me I have incorrectly entered the number.

Also .. if I do muck it up too many times , instead of waiting double the time after every incorrect entry, Is there a way of reseting it back to the start again?

Have sused it..

It does start at 0 as suspected , We left the radio on for about 15 minutes and then tried again.. Hey presto it worked.
