Radiator / Aircon / Intercooler

Hi, I have a discovery 1 with the above 3 fitted which takes up most of the space behind the grill

I want to fit a winch bumper however would prefer the look if I am able to set it back into the grill a little. Is there any option to move the rad, Air Con and Intercooler back towards the engine an maybe use a different fan?

Has anyone done this or something similar?

alternatively is there anywhere else I could put the intercooler? on top of the engine maybe with a bonnet scoop to let some air in?

Am not too fussed about loosing the air con if needs be

Hi, if you lose the aircon there will be loads of room behind the grill. Unless its an auto, then you will have a difficult job relocating the auto box cooler.

Thanks for the info, I will have a look and see if I can take the aircon out and move the intercooler back, am pretty much set on dual alternators ANYHOW

This is a 300Tdi with the aircon removed and replaced with a full width cooler.

did mine a few weeks ago,
I removed aircon rad,
got an aftermarket oil cooler and just fitted it at the side,
very easy job,
whole job took a few hours and that included fitting new winch and bumper,
mine is now sat right back in the grille,
