Radiator Advice Needed.

Hi All,I have a 90 on a G plate Defender,which has had a 200 series Disco Engine fitted to replace the TD Engine,that was in her,I need a new Radiator and was hoping somebody that knows could tell me which Rad,I need to replace the existing Rad that is currentley fitted,I don`t know if the Rad from the Disco was fitted to my 90???How do i tell the difference,between a TD Rad,& a 200 series Rad???
So in short whioch Rad do i buy,a TD Defender Rad,a 200 series Disco Rad,or a 200 series Defender Rad???
Also any ideas as to which Manufacturer of Radiator,I am best off purchasing and from where???
I also need to replace the rear crossmember,I have bought 1 already with extentions,I was hoping,Anyone with any knowledge of cutting out & replacing & welding their rear crossmember in,can advise me & my mechanic mate,as to the correct way to complete this task???Thank you in advance,Lee.

if rad has an intercooler sat beside it its a tdi rad, if full length rad a td,if its tdi you want btp1823 fits disco or defender

Hi James,Thanks buddy for the advice,now I know what to look for,& the correct Rad to buy,I cant wait to get her back on the road,just another quick question if,I may???If say they left the TD Radiator in my 90,do I have to replace it with a TD Rad,or can I just buy a BTP 1823 Rad and fit that instead???

If they have left TD rad in then you may find is you fit disco rad then you will have top alter some pipework for the oil cooler and coolant.

also you will proabably struggle to mount it the Disco rad fits in a frame which allows room for intercooler on NS..

Got to do mine asap as with engine conversion from 2.5N/A to 200tdi rad and fitting and pipework are all different.. Would think yours is disco you will know as a soon as you look under bonnet and check as James martin post
