R380 input shaft stuck

Hi, after changing my clutch at my 300 tdi, the input shaft maybe at the clutch splines , i torqued some bolts from the gearbox bell housing to enginge and dont realised that the shaft slipped in.
I greased it with some copper grease.
After loosen bolts and spin a bit the crankshaft bolt it slipped in.
So it is possible that i dammaged the input shaft or the clutch?

Can go through what you have said.
You have changed the clutch and thought you had the gearbox input shaft lined up in the clutch splines, but it wouldn't slide in fully so you tried to force it together by tightening the bell housing bolts?
What crankshaft bolt do you mean?
What has happened to the input shaft and the clutch to make you think you have damaged them?

If as above and you have forced the gearbox onto the flywheel and :. the spigot bush, it's highly unlikely you've damaged the input shaft or the clutch. If the gearbox was not lined up at fitting, 1. the gearbox input shaft will not engage the flywheel, or 2. you *may* have damaged the soft spigot bush that sits at the end of the crankshaft/flywheel.

If you've assembled gearbox to engine and all is working fine you'll be okay.
