Quick wheel tyre combo question

Quick question guys and gals. I've got some 285/75/16 bf Goodrich all terrain with the intention to fit to some 16" sawtooth alloys. Car is 1988 Land Rover 90. So will these fit with no problems and no rubbing as I've seen 265/75/16 come as wheel tyre packages and mine are only 15mm taller on sidewall.

Do you have rear drum brakes? If so your alloys may not fit.

I do at the minute but I'm changing the rear axle to disco rear axle for rear brake discs and calipers.
