Quick A Frame Ball Joint Question

Just a quick one:
Is the rubber boot on the A Frame clipped in place? I can't seem to find the answer.

yes was a garter spring now a spiral clip

you can get separate gaiters and clips but its as cheap to buy anr1799

Where abouts do you live cos I've got a complete ball joint in my shed if you want it, I bought it thinking it would be an easy swap but ended up buying one already fitted to the fulcrum jobber

I'm in Gloucestershire but thanks for the offer. My ball joint is fine, just seems mad to replace it as all I need is a new rubber boot and clip.

Well, what can I say. You sir are an absolute gent! The ball joint arrived today in the post. Thank you very much. It hasn't cost me a penny which doesn't sit comfortably with me as it's cost you the cost of the part plus the postage.
