QT diff guards on a Classic

Just got the gaurds, arrived today, front n back.
How the hell do they fit on?!..The brackets don't seem to line up wit anything, bolting in thin-air!
Thought the issue with the front might be the Gwyn-Lewis rod gaurd in the way....but the rear looks wrong somehow too:doh:

Anyone fitted QT diff guards? RRC? Anyone got photos or links?

Update....They forgot to send the top fitting plate in with the main part!:doh:
Been advised the rear shouldn't be a problem once the top plate is used n lined up. However, front one could be, due to the rod guard...
....hmm, could be interesting
